Fiddes Payne Easy Tuna
Casserole
Ingredients:
1 ½ tsp of Fiddes Payne Grind Fresh Chicken Seasoning
1 ½ tsp of Fiddes Payne Grind Fresh Roast Garlic
6 to 8 ounces of uncooked wide egg noodles
1 6 oz can of tuna very well drained
1 jar of Alfredo sauce
¼ cup milk
Salt & Pepper to taste (Fiddes Payne Grind Fresh Rainbow Peppercorns
and Atlantic Sea Salt)
Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Bring water to a boil and add noodles. Oil
or butter a 1& 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix together the sauce, milk,
seasoning and salt and pepper. Pour a small amount on the bottom of the
baking dish. Take noodles off heat just before they are done and drain
immediately. Layer the noodles and sauce in the baking dish. Finish with
the last layer as sauce. Bake uncovered at 400° for about 20 minutes or
until bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
Note: For a spicier dish, also add in a ½
teaspoon of Fiddes Payne Grind Fresh Fire Eaters.
