Ginger Peach Smoothie Makes
4 servings:
1 cup boiling water
1 piece (about 2 inches) fresh ginger, peeled and crushed
1/4 cup honey
2 peaches, pitted and chopped
1 pint peach sorbet
1 Tablespoon lime juice In a small,
heat-proof bowl, pour boiling water over ginger. Stir in honey; cool.
Remove and discard ginger. In a blender or food processor, combine
peaches, sorbet and lime juice. Process peach mixture, while adding
honey-ginger syrup in a slow, steady stream. Process until smooth.
